The Fearless Accelerator is a 12-week (one day per week), industry-led skills bootcamp designed to help entrepreneurs sharpen their strategy, strengthen their core skills and build a clear plan for growth.
Delivered by experienced entrepreneurs and business growth specialists, it gives you the space to work on your business, not just in it.
Fully funded by the Department for Education for eligible learners in Greater London.
Programme dates: every Monday from 5 January to 23 March 2026.
What you will learn
A practical curriculum taught by specialists in strategy, finance, marketing, sales, operations and leadership.
Topics include: business planning, marketing strategy, financial foundations, lead-generation, operations and AI, data and analytics, legal essentials, growing a team, scaling your business, and Growth Plan review and feedback.
We also run founder wellbeing and performance sessions to support the people behind the business.
How it works
- 12 weeks of high-impact online training (every Monday 9.30am to 4.30pm).
- Tools, templates and exercises you can apply immediately.
- An online community and learning hub with resources and replays.
- Optional in-person co-working on selected dates to join the online training from a shared space in London (NatWest Accelerator Hub in Moorgate).
- A supportive community of founders.
Your growth plan
Across the programme you will create a personalised growth plan outlining your priorities and actions for the next six months. You will receive constructive feedback from a panel of experienced entrepreneurs.
After the programme you receive six months of support including community access, individual check-ins, networking opportunities and introductions where relevant.
Who it is for
Self-employed individuals, freelancers and small business owners across sectors and stages. All applicants complete a skills assessment to ensure the programme is the right fit.
