Develop your enterprising skills and transform your future!

This fully funded, accredited short course helps you explore and build your enterprise skills - skills that can be applied in your education, work and everyday life. You’ll hear from successful entrepreneurs, learn what makes people enterprising, and develop your own strengths to boost your confidence and employment opportunities.

Delivered by Enterprise Enfield, assessed by Rinova and funded by The RSA Trust, this inspiring course leads to an NCFE level 1 award in investigating enterprise skills, a recognised qualification respected by employers, universities and awarding bodies across the UK.

Take part in one in-person seminar and three engaging half-day webinars across four weeks (June-July 2025), plus complete five hours of coursework. You’ll also benefit from four hours of one-to-one support with the course tutor, which can include guidance on developing your own enterprising idea.

Key dates:

• In-person session: Tuesday 24 June, from 9.30am to 2.00pm, at North London Business Hub, Southgate Campus (Barnet & Southgate College).
• Webinars: Tuesdays 1, 8 and 15 July, from 9.30am to 1.30pm.

There are no exams. Coursework is marked and assessed by Rinova. Successful participants will receive their NCFE certificate on completion.

Eligibility:

You must be aged 18+, have lived in the UK/EU/EEA for at least three years, and be available for all four sessions. You must not already be enrolled on or have completed this course elsewhere.
