Yu-Fei (Amy) Pu was an amateur boxer for years while working as a senior manager in the education sector. As part of her day job, she had a number of training opportunities and learned about the transformative power of coaching.

Today, she has programmes to help other women build their confidence - both physically and mentally - and to speak up and own their voices.
