Our apprenticeship programmes are informed by you and designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their chosen fields, while providing you with motivated and capable talent.

We offer a broad range of apprenticeship programmes and are always developing more to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

We are focused on promoting diversity in the workplace by targeting women in male-dominated industries (and vice versa) and targeting students with barriers to maths for engineering or health apprenticeships.

Eligibility requirements

You will need to:

• Employ the apprentice for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Ensure the apprentice is employed for at least the duration of the apprenticeship, which is typically 12 to 48 months.
• Give the apprentice the same employment rights as other employees and will be paid a salary, receive paid leave for study, complete coursework and attend university classes, usually once a week or in a block delivery.
• Identify a mentor for the apprentice, who can support them and attend regular reviews with us.
• Cover the funding for the apprenticeship programme.
