In this course, we explore the trend of growing private sector businesses in the UK, the reasons behind the steady increase in the business population and how today's global economy presents opportunities and challenges for companies.
With new markets come shrinking profit margins and increasing operating expenses, making the need for good business administration more important than ever before. Throughout this course, you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to navigate these challenges and help businesses thrive.
Throughout the course, learners will gain an understanding of fundamental principles of business document production and information management, effective communication strategies in a business setting and the structure and function of employer organisations.
Additionally, learners will develop skills to form and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, ensuring a productive and collaborative workplace environment. This course has continuous running intakes. Please apply and the Admissions Team will contact you to assist you further including advising on enrolment dates.
Eligibility requirements
This course is for 19+ adults only who have lived in the UK for more than three years. College staff will support you at the enrolment stage to confirm your eligibility for the course.
