Business workshop series: Business model innovation

This five-week programme will help business owners understand their current business model in depth, identify its strengths and weaknesses and interrogate it to prepare for growth.
From Monday, 8 July to Monday, 5 August 2024, you will learn to:
- Gain an understanding of what to do and to avoid when drafting and launching a business model for scale
- Learn how to use financial and market analysis to evaluate the best case and best use of a business model for the business
- Produce a refined business model to support business improvement and growth
Programme sessions are delivered online, via Zoom, on Monday evenings from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
Eligibility requirements
- Your business must have been trading for at least 18 months
- Your business must have generated at least £50,000 in revenue since you started trading
- Your business must have at least two employees (full-time or part-time, as PAYE staff or consultants)
