Camden 100 in 100 – Pave the Way
London Borough of Camden
Camden 100 in 100 – Pave the Way is a borough-wide programme to create 100 accessible employment opportunities in 100 days for Camden residents who face barriers entering the labour market, including care leavers, refugees and people with disabilities.
We support employers to offer:
- Work experience (short or long-term).
- Internships or apprenticeships.
- Entry-level roles.
- Part-time or full-time positions.
Opportunities can be ring-fenced for disadvantaged groups or open to all Camden residents. Pledges are made between 3 November 2025 and 11 February 2026 and can be fulfilled within 12 months.
Our wraparound support includes:
- Role development.
- Candidate sourcing and screening.
- Placement matching.
- Interview coordination.
- Mentoring advice.
- Pastoral and in-work support.
We celebrate employer involvement by showcasing contributions across Camden’s channels. Businesses of all sizes, as well as council teams, can participate and help build a fairer, more inclusive Camden.
Eligibility requirements
