Running a business can feel like a lot, and let’s be real, it’s easy to get caught up working in it instead of on it. That’s where cowork and coffee comes in.
Join us from 9.00am to 1.00pm (drop-in when you need to) for a focused but relaxed coworking session with other small business owners who get it. No piles of washing calling your name, no lonely laptop days, just a few solid hours to tick off those big-picture tasks you never quite get to.
And if you’re up for it, we can head to lunch at 1.00pm. No agenda, just good food and great chats.

Market & Me
I'm a business strategist and founder of Market & Me. I help established independent founders grow with confidence - after years of watching great businesses lose direction trying to do it all.
My career started in retail and hospitality, leading teams and running national brands. I then spent almost a decade working with landlords and developers including Westfield and Transport for London, leading strategy and performance across retail and mixed-use destinations.
That mix means I understand both sides: the founder balancing everyday realities, and the landlord focused on long-term results. Now, I bridge the gap, helping independent businesses perform at their best.
