Creating a business startup: level 2 certificate (NCFE)

This qualification gives you an understanding of the initial processes and requirements of creating a business startup, knowledge of the first steps in creating a business, including the marketing, legal and financial requirements and an understanding of how to write a business plan.
In order to achieve the qualifications, learners are required to successfully complete four mandatory units:
- Unit 1: Initial steps for a business startup.
- Unit 2: Marketing for a business startup.
- Unit 3: Legal and financial considerations for a business startup.
- Unit 4: Developing a business plan.
Please note: to successfully complete this course you must commit to 100% attendance and punctuality.
What is needed for the course?
Initial assessment is required before you can take this course. There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification.
Learners must have their own laptop or computer with a microphone, speaker and camera, as this course is delivered online.
Eligibility requirements
Must be over the age of 19, have access to computer/laptop with camera and speakers and microphone as this is an online course.
An initial assessment is required before course start date.
