West London Alliance and GoodPeople have collaborated to launch ‘Creating Inclusive Workplaces’ – a co-designed network for like-minded SMEs in West London to come together as they work towards becoming inclusive employers.

We believe that inclusive workplaces are a competitive advantage for SMEs. It can help you hire and retain an effective workforce, win more public sector contracts with social value and make a big impact on your staff and local community.

All SMEs with a footprint in West London are welcome to join the network.

Eligibility requirements

Open to any SME or larger organisation that has a footprint in West London.
