This qualification enables learners to develop an understanding of communicating with customers in the hospitality sector, teamwork in the hospitality sector, professional standards and personal development legislation and regulations relating to customer service delivery in the hospitality sector.

Eligibility requirements

This course is for 19-plus adults only who have lived in the UK for more than three years. College staff will support you at the enrolment stage to confirm your eligibility for the course.
