Whether you are new to the field or keen to build on your existing skills, this Level 3 Diploma provides a strong foundation to raise your service delivery.
The objective of this qualification is to support a role in the workplace for learners who deal with customers daily as part of their job role. It applies to a variety of work environments and covers topics, such as supporting customer service improvements, using service partnerships to deliver customer service and negotiating in a business environment.
This course takes approximately three to four months to complete, with the flexibility of self-managed study. There are seven workshops and two one-to-one online assessments with a qualified assessor during the course.
Eligibility requirement
To be eligible for funding for this course, learners must:
- Be aged 19 and over
- Live in London
- Have not already achieved an L3 or above qualification
Please note if you earn under £25,462.50 you are eligible for funding even if you already have a L3 or above qualification.
If you are not eligible for funding, we do provide a fee-paying option of £550.
