Customer service practitioner level 2 (Apprenticeships+)

Capital City College Group
The customer service practitioner level 2 apprenticeship is a great opportunity for your team members to develop their customer service skills, knowledge and behaviours.
It helps them recognise the impact their role has in fulfilling customer expectations and enhancing your business core values.
This apprenticeship will equip your team members with the expertise to offer continuous improvement in customer service and the confidence to deal with customers in a positive, personable, and professional way.
CCC runs this programme over 15 months, with a learning period of 12 months and an end point assessment (EPA) of up to 3 months.
Learners who complete the customer service level 2 apprenticeship will have the skills and knowledge to deliver various customer service functions in the workplace.
They will also be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as product and/or service knowledge when delivering to your customers to progress further.
They will provide service in line with the customer service standards and strategy and within appropriate regulatory requirements.
Eligibility requirements
Employers with a pay bill of less than £3 million a year will not need to pay the levy, and they will receive government support with the training costs.
Since 1 April 2019, non-levy-paying employers pay 5% towards the cost of apprenticeship training. The government will pay the rest (95%) up to the funding band maximum.
