Customer service specialist – level 3 apprenticeship (Apprenticeships+)

The customer service specialist level 3 apprenticeship is a great opportunity for SMEs who want to strengthen their skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deal with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints and queries.
Apprentices will be able to gather and analyse customer information and data that influences change and improvements in service, utilising both organisational and generic IT systems.
CCCT runs this programme over 18 months, with a learning period of 15 months and an end point assessment (EPA) of up to three months.
Eligibility requirements
Employers with a pay bill of less than £3 million a year will not need to pay the levy, and they will receive government support with the training costs.
Since 1 April 2019, non-levy-paying employers pay 5% towards the cost of apprenticeship training. The government will pay the rest (95%) up to the funding band maximum.
