This free two-hour workshop is facilitated by Summie Yeung, a qualified life and career coach, specialising in coaching people in life and career transitions.
I decided to run a workshop particularly catered for small and micro business owners because there are specific needs and concerns that you would face. I understand this having been through a transition from corporate jobs to becoming self-employed. Becoming a business owner is a BIG transition. Because of this, you will need support from a community of people who are going through a similar journey.
We will discuss three things that will help you focus on your business with the right mindset:
- Defining your own and business values
- Writing your mission story
- Finding resilience and boundaries
I want to offer you a safe space to think with others like you and tools that you could go back to when times get tough. You will meet like-minded business owners and have a chance to discuss the above topics in small groups.
All I would ask for is commitment, an open mind and readiness to share.
