Digital technology workshop – identify technologies for growth

The workshop will be led by a technology adoption specialist (TAS) who will visit your manufacturing facility and work with you and your team to understand your business' priorities.
They will tour the facility and getting a deeper understanding of your business, how you currently operate, and your ambitions for growth.
It's an open and honest conversation, guided by a digital readiness framework, about what's working, what's challenging and what's possible.
You'll explore existing operations, production, data, systems and team processes to identify where there are opportunities and challenges that could transform your business though the adoption of digital tools and processes.
By the end of the session, you will have a clearer picture of your digital strengths and will receive a bespoke Digital Roadmap to highlight practical areas for improvement and guide your business forward.

The Digital Technology Workshop & Roadmap is available as part of our wider support package to help your business prepare for the right digital investments.
The Made Smarter London programme helps SMEs that are manufacturing products in London adopt digital technologies for growth. The programme provides access to funded (free) support including:
- Digital Adoption Workshop & Roadmap.
- Access to Digital Technologies.
- Leadership & Management and Organisational & Workforce Development training.
- 12-week Digital Intern.
- 1-1 Technical Support.
- Up to £20,000 match-funded Grant.
The programme is delivered by London & Partners and supported by the Mayor of London and Department of Business and Trade.
Eligibility requirements
- Manufacturing SMEs based within Greater London.
- Businesses with fewer than 250 employees.
- Companies looking to improve productivity or adopt digital technologies.
- Businesses at any stage of their digital transformation journey.
