East London Borders, runs on the fourth Thursday of every month and aims to continue to provide the opportunity for you to meet and expand your network with other business owners in and around the London and Essex borders.
This monthly networking opportunity will focus on issues arising in Havering, Redbridge and Barking and Dagenham, but all members are welcome.
During the networking, each business has a chance to introduce themselves and freely network with other attendees in other breakout rooms throughout. Each session includes a short presentation/sharing session on a topic of interest to small businesses.
The guest speaker for this month is Dr Rebecca Williams from Williams Stress Management.
Stress self-check-in talk
A 10-minute interactive session to help you reflect on your stress levels, identify triggers, recognise unhealthy coping habits and spot symptoms of stress. Includes practical tools and tips to support wellbeing.
