Emotional Vaccine (EV) takes a prevention-first approach, helping founders and teams build emotional immunity and manage stress before it escalates.

Combining preventive health principles with practical strategies, EV supports healthier, more sustainable ways of working.

Support is available through one-to-one virtual sessions for founders, entrepreneurs and sole traders, and tailored virtual or in-person group sessions for small business teams.

Sessions can include stress prevention, emotional intelligence, movement and practical wellbeing strategies to strengthen emotional immunity, confidence and resilience.

Why Mile Rainbow?

Mile Rainbow CIC is a multi-award-winning organisation founded by Hong Zhou MBBS MSc MPH MHFA, a preventive medicine specialist with more than 20 years’ experience, including within the NHS.

Hong combines professional expertise, lived experience of the impact of stress and first-hand experience of building and leading a successful organisation, perspectives that shaped EV’s distinctive prevention-first approach.

Since 2022, we have reached 4600-plus participants across workplace, healthcare, education and community settings, including LCCI members and staff at the University of East London, Islington Council and Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Recognition includes the Health and Wellness Enterprise Award, Waltham Forest Pride Enterprise for All Award and finalist recognition at the National BAME Health & Care Awards.

Most recently, our preventive Emotional Vaccine approach was recognised by the Mayor of London, Sir Sadiq Khan, for helping Londoners build healthier lives.
