Beginning with a call with one of the London Ownership Hub staff, referrals are then offered access to the Employee Ownership Association's Navigator programme, designed for businesses exploring the model and including free membership to the EOA for six months.
In addition, you will have access to reading material, case studies and contacts.
This is for business owners or managers who have heard of the Employee Ownership model and are beginning to consider whether it is the right option for their business. The offer is designed to give them the information and tools to answer that question, over a duration of six months or more.
The journey is guided by the referral in terms of content and pace, but key learnings include:
- A deeper technical look at the model and its benefits
- What prospective EO businesses need to consider
- Case studies from successful conversions
- Where to find the specialist legal and technical services to complete the transition
