If you're 19 or over by 31 August 2025 and have a Functional Skills Level 2 qualification or skills at a similar level, you can apply to join an English or Maths GCSE course.
GCSE English and Maths qualifications are often required for those wanting to study a university course.
We also offer Functional Skills courses in English and maths at all levels, day and evening times. These courses can help you develop your skills, build confidence and gain a qualification at Entry Level, Level 1 or Level 2.
