Entry 3 Essential Digital Skills Qualification

If you have limited digital skills, this is a two-part course called "Building your Digital Skills" that allows you to gain the confidence, knowledge and skills without the pressure of final tests, before embarking in this qualification.
This course covers all five areas set out in the national standards which are:
- Using devices and handling information
- Creating and editing documents with Word and PowerPoint
- Communicating
- Transactions
- Being safe and responsible online
Eligibility requirements
This is a fast-pacing course that will develop your digital skills for work and everyday life while preparing you to obtain the Essential Digital Skills qualification at entry level 3. It is not for complete beginners or individuals with very limited experience using computer and the internet.
If you have limited digital skills, we have created a two-parts course called 'Building your Digital Skills' that would allow you to gain the confidence, knowledge and skills without the pressure of final tests, before embarking in this qualification. Please book an appointment to attend an Advice and Guidance session before registering in the course.
