Essential digital skills qualification – entry 3

If you have limited digital skills, we have created a two-parts course that will allow you to gain the confidence, knowledge and skills without the pressure of final tests, before embarking in this qualification.
This course will cover all five areas set out in the national standards which are:
- Using devices and handling information
- Creating and editing documents with Word, PowerPoint
- Communicating
- Transactions
- Being safe and responsible online
Eligibility requirements
Not for complete beginners or individuals with limited experience of using computers and the internet.
