Business owners and entrepreneurs whose first language is not English can benefit from ESOL courses.
Reading, writing, speaking and listening will be covered using relevant and interesting topics related to everyday life in the UK.
Lessons are linked to the ESOL core curriculum and are planned to meet the language needs of the individual learners to encourage real progress. There are various levels and after attending an assessment you will be allocated classes appropriately.
Content
There are various levels of courses available. You will need to book an assessment to determine which level is best for you.
ESOL classes run at the Sutton centre at various times during the week, including some evenings from 7pm to 9pm. Classes generally run for four hours (two classes) per week.
The cost is dependent on how many hours you do. Speaking and listening courses run for 21 weeks, reading courses run for 12 weeks and writing courses run for 33 weeks.
