This free Essential Kitchen Skills course at Westminster Kingsway College offers a pathway to becoming a chef.
Over five weeks, participants will commit to three days per week, learning the basics needed for entry-level positions such as kitchen porter or general assistant.
The course equips learners with the skills required for immediate employment and progression to Level 1 Kitchen Skills (OCN badge certificate).
Ideal for those looking to begin a career in the kitchen, this course offers practical experience in a real-world environment.
