It’s a relaxed, welcoming space to enjoy great coffee, tasty treats, and real conversations about mental wellbeing with like-minded people.

The session will feature a guest speaker: Jolie Gindi who is the founder of Yummzy, a pioneering health-conscious brand. With over 23 years of experience in corporate data and analytics consulting, she also successfully sold two businesses and has authored the book Autistic & Smashing It.
Jolie will share real-world insights into the often-unspoken challenges business founders face — drawing from personal experience as a female, neurodivergent, minority entrepreneur and ex-corporate consultant, she will explore how founders can protect their wellbeing, innovate and build resilient businesses.
You can expect practical tips, honest storytelling and a refreshing take on these topics.!
