This role is fast paced and varied, giving team members the skills to support service across a range of hospitality environments including restaurants, cafes, bars, coffee shops, casinos and more.
This pathway supports individuals to develop service skills, from greeting and serving guests, to preparing drinks like cocktails and coffees, managing bookings and resolving customer concerns. They learn how to create a warm experience for guests while maintaining professional standards in hygiene, communication and teamwork.
Is this the right programme?
They’ll explore the wider hospitality culture, understanding the importance of positive behaviours, effective teamwork and how a quality customer experience drives business success.
This apprenticeship also showcases the breadth of roles and progression opportunities within food and beverage service – helping support motivation, development and retention across your team.
This is a level 2, 12-month programme plus a gateway (EPA) of two months.
All our apprentices are mentored by our learning consultants, all with strong industry backgrounds, to make sure they’re fully prepared for end-point assessment (EPA).
How it works:
- Apprentices receive a blend of theory and hands-on practical training from our expert learning consultants
- They’ll take part in masterclasses and industry-led events
- Throughout the programme, apprentices gather evidence of their development by applying their learning in real time at work
- All learning contributes towards off-the-job training hours and is tailored to meet your business goals
