The aim of Ada's Software Apprenticeship programme is to produce highly motivated, technically competent individuals who have the awareness, understanding and the necessary flexibility to work effectively in a variety of IT roles within their workplace.

The programme also aims to develop students' critical abilities, general problem-solving skills and lay a foundation for continued self-improvement and life-long learning, essential for today's IT professional.

Importantly, much of the student development throughout the degree will take place in their workplace, where context and real life situations provide deep learning opportunities.
