Brent Start - London Borough of Brent
This course supports students at Entry Level 1 and 2 to build fundamental digital skills for personal, social and business growth. It covers using digital devices, file storage, internet safety, email, messaging apps and simple document creation.
Other topics include digital media management, online transactions, video calling and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
The final weeks are dedicated to formative and summative assessments to help students demonstrate their progress through practical tasks and portfolio work.
Eligibility requirements
There will be an initial assessment to identify the current subject level but no prior qualifications are required.
