Following PRIDE month in June, our expert panel will be discussing: Taking PRIDE in ED&I: Is your ED&I policy more than just a tick-box exercise?

• How can you create a culture of open questions and education that encourages your staff and customers to recognise discrimination?
• How can you implement recruitment processes that make LGBTQIA+ people feel safe and welcomed? 
• And how do you do these things authentically without it looking like an exercise in positive PR?

Taking Pride in ED&I will discuss these questions and more. Creating an equal and inclusive working environment is everyone’s responsibility and whether you are a manager or colleague, there are ways you can support your LGBTQIA+ coworkers and customers.
