From Just Busy to Blooming: six-week coaching programme

From Just Busy to Blooming is a six-week business reset for established solo business owners who are working hard but not seeing the progress, income or freedom they expected.

The programme helps you step back from daily delivery, identify what is holding the business back, and make practical decisions about where to focus next.

Through three one-to-one coaching sessions and structured exercises, you clarify your goals, simplify what is not working and build a realistic plan for sustainable growth.

The programme is led by Mark Elliott FRSA, a business coach, mentor and former business leader with more than 30 years' experience helping founders, freelancers and small business owners make clearer decisions, improve focus and build businesses that better support the life they want.

This support is for business owners who already have clients and revenue, but feel stretched, stuck in the day-to-day, uncertain about their next move or overly reliant on their own time and energy.

You work on areas such as:

• Clarifying your business goals and longer-term direction.
• Identifying the activities, clients and offers that create the greatest value.
• Reducing distractions, bottlenecks and unproductive busywork.
• Strengthening pricing, positioning, priorities and decision-making.
