Get investment ready with Camden Community Wealth Fund

Join us at Swiss Cottage Library or online for the first session in a four-part series designed to help Camden-based businesses understand investment and prepare to raise funds.
Session 1 – Understanding investment: experts from the Camden Community Wealth Fund will explain the basics of investment, its benefits and introduce the Fund, which will be launching soon.
Session 2 – Getting investment ready: learn what you need in place to approach investors, covering finance, governance and business readiness.
Session 3 – Building a growth strategy: develop or refine your business plan and growth strategy to demonstrate traction and potential.
Session 4 – Financial model building: create a financial forecast model to present confidently to investors.
Each session runs from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, followed by individual time with experts for personalised advice.
The Camden Community Wealth Fund is a new investment fund launched by Camden Council to help local businesses grow and make a positive impact in the borough. Residents from across Camden will be involved in investment decisions.
Swiss Cottage Library is fully accessible, with toilets and a lift. Online participation is also available.
