Help to Grow: Management at ESCP London

A 12-week business growth and leadership course for small business owners and senior leaders in London.

The course is 90% funded by the government, so you pay £750 for a programme worth more than £7,500.

What you get

• 12 weekly sessions led by business experts and ESCP professors, covering strategy, innovation, marketing, sales, finance, building teams, leading change, operations and responsible business.
• Four in-person case study workshops at our West Hampstead campus and eight live online sessions.
• 10 hours of one-to-one mentoring with an experienced business mentor, matched to your goals.
• Weekly peer group calls with up to five other business leaders to share challenges and solutions.
• A tailored Growth Action Plan for your business, ready to put into practice straight away.
• A certificate of completion and lifetime access to the national Help to Grow alumni network, with free events and ongoing support.

Who it's for

Business owners, CEOs and senior leaders of UK businesses that have been trading for at least one year and have five to 249 employees. Businesses with 10 or more employees can send two people.

Time commitment

Around 50 hours over 12 weeks, including sessions, peer calls and mentoring.

Dates and location

Wednesdays, 6 January to 31 March 2027, at ESCP Business School, West Hampstead, London, with online sessions in between.

Eligibility requirements

• You work for a UK-based business or social enterprise.
• Your business employs between five and 249 people.
• Your business has been trading for more than one year.
• You are a senior decision-maker with at least one direct report (e.g. CEO, MD, finance director, operations director).
• Your organisation is not a charity or public sector body.
