Help to Grow: Management Course at Brunel Business School

The Help to Grow: Management Course supports business owners, leaders and senior managers of small and medium-sized enterprises to develop your leadership skills across all areas of business.

The course is 90% funded by the government.

• The programme consists of 12 modules and is structured to allow you to continue working alongside the course, ensuring your business remains on track while you are investing in its future.
• You're be matched with a mentor to help you apply what you learn, and they will support you to develop your unique Growth Action Plan.
• You're paired with other small business leaders through facilitated small group video calls, in which you can share your experiences on the module content.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible, your business must be based in the United Kingdom, have five to 249 employees, have been in operation for at least one year and not be a charity.

You must be a chief executive, owner/founder, or senior management team with one direct report.
