The Help To Grow: Management Course, delivered by Brunel Business School, supports SME leaders to increase the resilience and performance of their business.
The programme is 90% funded by the government and has been impactful for small and medium-sized enterprises, with more than 300 business leaders graduating from the programme. It is designed to empower senior managers of small and medium-sized businesses with the essential skills to navigate business challenges, reach more customers and foster long-term growth. The course is accredited by the Small Business Charter.

Eligibility requirements
You need to be a leader and/or a senior manager from a UK-based small and medium-sized business that has been operating for more than a year with between five and 249 employees.Social enterprises can apply if they meet the above, but charities are ineligible.
