The Help to Grow: Management Course is a UK government initiative designed to help small and medium-sized businesses grow by improving their leadership and management skills.
This 12-week, 90% government-funded course provides leaders with the tools and knowledge to enhance their business's productivity, resilience and capacity to innovate.
Eligibility requirements
To join the Help to Grow: Management Course, you should:
- Work for a small or medium-sized enterprise based in the United Kingdom
- Employ between five and 249 employees
- Be a member of the senior leadership team and have direct reports
