Hospitality manager level 4 apprenticeship

This apprenticeship helps you gain exceptional skills in business and personal development. Hospitality managers have a high level of responsibility and are accountable for fulfilling the business objectives as well as having excellent people and customer skills.

They have a passion for exceeding expectations and highly motivating team leaders, demonstrating a talent for management and industry skills that thrive on the customer-facing nature of their role.

Is this the right programme?  

The team member should already be working in a role with management responsibilities and wishes to hone their skills. This apprenticeship enables them to support the business allowing it to grow and succeed as well as take the next step in their career.

This is a level 4, 12-month programme plus a gateway (EPA) of up to two months.

All our apprentices are mentored by our learning consultants who all have strong industry knowledge to make sure they are fully prepared for their end-point assessment (EPA).

How it works:

• Apprentices receive theory and practical training from industry expert learning consultants
• Experience industry focused events and masterclasses
• Embed what they have learnt back into your workplace by experiencing the different areas of the business and collating evidence of their work
• Their demonstration and evidence collecting of their work should take place as part of off-the-job hours
