Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Principles Level 3 Award

This course is designed for ambitious professionals working in hospitality or preparing to enter the sector who are ready to take on supervisory or leadership responsibilities.

Whether you're a small business owner looking to strengthen your existing skills or an aspiring entrepreneur preparing to progress in your career, this programme offers valuable practical knowledge and strategies to help you succeed.

This course takes approximately 13 weeks to complete, with some self-managed study and one-to-one support available throughout the duration of the course. There are weekly online workshops and you must be able to complete self-study exercises between classroom assignments.

Eligibility requirements

You must be currently be employed in the sector or about to progress into a hospitality role to join.

To be eligible for funding for this course, learners must:

• Be aged 19+
• Live in London/ Greater London borough
• Have not already achieved a L3 or above qualification

Please note if you earn under £28,860 per annum, you are eligible to be funded for a free course, even if you already have a L3 or above qualification.
