This apprenticeship supports team members who love delivering customer service, motivating a team and are eager to progress in their role.
Is this the right programme?
Hospitality supervisors work across a wide variety of businesses including bars, restaurants, cafes, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels or food service businesses.
This is a level 3, 12-month programme plus a gateway (EPA) of up to two months.
All our apprentices are mentored by our learning consultants who all have strong industry knowledge to make sure they are fully prepared for their end-point assessment (EPA).
How it works
- Apprentices receive theory and practical training from industry expert learning consultants
- Experience industry focused events and masterclasses
- Embed what they have learnt back into your workplace by experiencing the different areas of the business and collating evidence of their work
- Their demonstration and evidence collecting of their work should take place as part of off-the-job hours
