The hospitality team member apprenticeship supports a team member who is keen on developing fantastic hospitality skills and knowledge, such as recognising customer needs, knowing how to match them to the products and services of the business and working as part of a team to ensure that every customer feels welcome and looked after.
Is this the right programme?
They gain an understanding of what hospitality means, the culture of the industry and why delivering a customer experience to meet and exceed customer’s expectations is so important to your businesses.
This apprenticeship also demonstrates the variety of job roles and progression opportunities that are available within the industry showing the progress in possible and therefore helping with staff retention.
This is a level 2, 12-month programme plus a gateway (EPA) of up to two months.
All our apprentices are mentored by our learning consultants who all have strong industry knowledge to make sure they are fully prepared for their end-point assessment (EPA).
How it works:
- Apprentices receive theory and practical training from an industry expert learning consultants
- Experience industry focused events and masterclasses
- Embed what they have learnt back into your workplace by experiencing the different areas of the business and collating evidence of their work
- Their demonstration and evidence collecting of their work should take place as part of off-the-job hours

- Housekeeping
- Concierge and guest services
- Reception and reservations
