How to coach successfully

This workshop is designed for small business owners who lead or work with a motivated, results‑driven team and want to strengthen their coaching skills.

Coaching provides a structured, effective way to help individuals explore challenges, identify opportunities, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Through simple, practical techniques, you’ll learn how to inspire and motivate others, build trust, and support proactive problem‑solving.

By focusing on unlocking potential and enabling individuals to achieve their business goals, this workshop equips you to foster a confident, empowered, high‑performing team that supports the long-term success of your business.

Eligibility requirements

This course is free for those who meet all the following funding requirements:

• You live in a London /Greater London Borough*.
• You are not in full time education.
• You have not achieved this qualification before.
• You are aged 19 or older on 31st August 2025.
• Have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning.

If you don’t have permission to live in the UK for 12 months from the first day of learning there are exemptions which can be discussed with the IAG advisor that will contact you.
