In this workshop, Pete Schonbeck (Productschön Business Advice) will introduce you to the fundamental considerations for developing a business strategy.
You will learn how to plan effectively, conduct thorough market research and create realistic financial forecasts.
By attending, you will gain a much better understanding of how to effectively position your business for growth.
The session will cover:
- Two key business planning tools: the Business Plan and the Business Model Canvas.
- How to define your customer relationships and customer segments.
- How to do effective market research and develop successful marketing practices.
- How to generate sales and which pricing model to choose.
- How to formulate your cost structure.
This session will take place in person at the British Library's Business & IP Centre and online.
