The GLA's Workforce Integration Network (WIN) is pleased to share that our Inclusive Talent Brokerage (ITB) Programme is now fully live!
Are you a London-based employer/business committed to building a diverse and skilled workforce?
The Inclusive Talent Brokerage Programme offers tailored support to connect you with job-ready candidates from underrepresented backgrounds – helping you meet your recruitment needs while driving inclusive growth.
Participating employers/businesses will obtain the following benefits:
- Direct access to a pool of diverse, skilled candidates ready to fill vacancies.
- Complimentary job brokerage service with no associated costs.
- Guidance to enhance inclusive recruitment practices.
- Join a network of forward-thinking London employers championing diversity and inclusion.
WIN has grant-funded nine different charities that specialise in providing support to diverse Londoners to expand their successful job-readiness efforts and help their talent into work.
WIN has also partnered with a social enterprise, Good People, to deliver a good work job brokerage service for participating employers for the ITB to advertise your roles.
