Wandsworth Lifelong Learning
This two-hour course is designed to support small business founders in developing the core skills needed to lead their workforce effectively through periods of change.
The session focuses on practical, people‑centred approaches to navigating change at the team level to build resilience and encourage adaptability.
What you learn
- Communicate change clearly and confidently.
- Engage workforce positively in the change process.
- Identify and address resistance constructively.
- Maintain motivation and morale during times of transition.
If dates are not displayed on the event page, you can still register your interest and Wandsworth Lifelong Learning will contact you when a new course is scheduled.
Eligibility requirements
This course is free for those who meet all of the following criteria:
- You live in a London/Greater London Borough*.
- You are not in full-time education.
- You have not achieved this qualification before.
- You are aged 19 or older on 31 August 2025.
- Have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning.
If you don't have permission to live in the UK for 12 months from the first day of learning there are exemptions which can be discussed with the IAG advisor that will contact you.
