LIFT programme

The LIFT programme can support businesses with building a local talent pool, including a free recruitment service to match businesses with good local candidates across four London boroughs (Islington, Camden or Hackney) and expert support to help businesses grow their talent through apprenticeships, internships, and work experience.
LIFT connects businesses with the community to inspire and raise awareness of careers in their business and sector through engagement with local schools, colleges, universities and community organisations.
LIFT also supports business growth through helping start-ups find affordable workspace, delivering and signposting to enterprise support programmes for small businesses and the opportunity to learn from other businesses and share practice through their thought leadership campaign.
Eligibility requirements
Open to residents and businesses in Camden, Islington and Hackney boroughs.
