LONDON E-Business Support Programme
StartUp Croydon
The LONDON E-Business Support Programme is a fully-funded package of support including: one-to-one expert advice, guidance and recorded webinars, which is specifically aimed at helping small business owners in London make better use of digital technology to enhance their online presence, attract more customers, increase sales and improve their business operations.
The programme is funded by the Mayor of London and UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and delivered by Business for London’s consortium of business support organisations located across London.
Under this scheme, StartUp Croydon delivers support for businesses located in the boroughs of Croydon, Sutton, Merton, Richmond and Kingston.

Our experienced e-business advisers offer one-to-one advice sessions (delivered online) which are tailored to the needs of your business and focused on helping you maximise your digital potential to grow your business. The type of advice varies, depending on your individual business needs, and can include support to:

- Enhance your online marketing and social media.
- Utilise ecommerce and online payments.

- Improve cyber-security and data storage/backups.
Both you, and any of your staff, also have the opportunity to enhance your digital skills by viewing a range of recorded webinars and online tutorials in a range of areas. You just need to register with us to find out more.
Eligibility requirements
To register for the free LONDON E-business Support Programme with StartUp Croydon, you will need to be running a business which:
- has been registered for over 1 month (either with HMRC or Companies House)
- is located in one of the following London boroughs: Croydon, Sutton, Merton, Richmond and Kingston
- has fewer than 251 employees
- not associated with a franchise
