LONDON E-Business Support Programme

The LONDON E-Business Support Programme is a FREE package of support including one-to-one expert advice, guidance and webinars, specifically aimed at helping small business owners in London maximise their use of digital tools and online marketing to attract more customers and clients, boost turnover and productivity and improve the efficiency and resilience of their operations. 

The programme is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and delivered by Business for London's consortium of seven business support organisations located across London. 

Our experienced E-business advisers offer one-to-one advice sessions that are delivered online, tailored to the needs of your business and focused on helping you maximise your digital potential to grow your business.

This can include support to:

• boost your online marketing including social media content and activity
• enhance your website/online sales platforms and search engine ranking (SEO)
• improve your ability to trade electronically 
• use digital tools effectively to save time and money
• strengthen your cyber security and IT backup systems

You will also have the opportunity to enhance your skills by attending the programme’s comprehensive range of webinars including – writing for your website, developing your digital marketing strategy, building online communities and Facebook groups, using LinkedIn to connect with customers and prospects, YouTube marketing and using Instagram to showcase your business.
