Whether you're running your own business or planning to start one, having a functional skills maths qualification or a good grade at Maths GCSE can open so many doors for you.
At Sutton College, we offer maths courses ranging from entry level up to GCSE Maths (Level 2). These courses cover topics such as reading, writing and ordering numbers through to more complex topics such as algebra, ratio and probability.
Eligibility requirements
Courses range from entry level to GCSE and you will be given a short online assessment at your course approval session. This will determine which level course you will be put onto.
If you are hoping to enrol onto an online course, you must have basic IT skills and for all courses you will need a basic level of English.
If English is your second language, you may be referred to an ESOL course (English for speakers of other languages) before you are approved to enrol onto an essential skills course.
