The Mayor's Good Work Standard (GWS) is a free accreditation programme for employers, aiming to improve the working lives of Londoners by bringing together best employment practice as well as links to resources and support to help employers improve their organisations.
Developed in collaboration with London's employers, trade unions, professional bodies and experts, it sets the benchmark the Mayor wants every London employer to work towards and achieve.
Becoming a Good Work Standard accredited employer shows your commitment to creating a healthy, fair and inclusive workplace.

Open to businesses with more than two employees.
