Delivered by Kings College London, this fully-funded course will support team leaders who are responsible for driving change on the factory floor.

From leadership to skills development, you will gain insights and practical tools through workshops, peer-networking and one-to-one consultancy.

Through workshops, peer learning and one-to-one coaching, participants will focus on practical ways to solve problems, strengthen teams and make change work in practice.

You'll gain the tools and confidence to move from strategy to implementation unlocking new growth opportunities, strengthening your business model, and building a future-ready workforce.

You'll learn how to:

  • Develop a clear digital strategy and identify the right opportunities for your business.
  • Innovate your business model to unlock new revenue streams and improve efficiency.
  • Upskill and empower your team, building a culture that supports digital adoption.
  • Lead change effectively, engaging stakeholders and managing uncertainty.
  • Create practical delivery plans using agile and lean approaches to turn ideas into action.

By the end of the programme, you'll have a structured, actionable plan to drive digital transformation – alongside the leadership skills to make it stick.
