Market & Me
I'm a business strategist and founder of Market & Me. I help established independent founders grow with confidence - after years of watching great businesses lose direction trying to do it all.
My career started in retail and hospitality, leading teams and running national brands. I then spent almost a decade working with landlords and developers including Westfield and Transport for London, leading strategy and performance across retail and mixed-use destinations.
That mix means I understand both sides: the founder balancing everyday realities, and the landlord focused on long-term results. Now, I bridge the gap, helping independent businesses perform at their best.
