Places for London, the Transport for London property company, is looking for businesses that have all the ingredients to expand, and given a little bit of extra help could go a whole lot further.

The Places for Growth programme is offering 11 newly refurbished arches at Lockton Street to new and ambitious businesses who are looking to take the next step on their property journey.

Who is the programme for?

All types of businesses are welcome to apply. Whether you’re a first-timer to commercial property or looking to upsize or turbo charge your existing space, this programme can help!
